My scammer is blackmailing me. If I don't pay 300 euros, he will send my intimate photos to my relatives. What should I do?

If necessary change your phone number or create a new email address.

Do not pay him anything.

In my experience helping hundreds of scam / blackmail victims, blackmailers are bluffing.

Why do people keep saying they have evidence and have presented it that proves you're wrong even though they have none and haven't presented anything? Furthermore, what do they think you're wrong about?

Block and stop all communication with him.
